I’m Theresa and I joined Novella Clinical Resourcing (formerly eReady Monitors) in December 2008 as a Clinical Resourcing Manager. I bring a wealth of experience from all sectors: pharmaceutical, CRO, biotechnology and contract monitoring. I’ve held director level positions in business development, operations, and administration, and have worked as an independent consultant for both business development and monitoring services. Based in Vestavia, AL, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and our Dachshund Yogi. I’m an active member of my church and the local Christian community, and support volunteer efforts for the greater Birmingham area and at Children’s Hospital.
