As vice president of clinical operations at Novella Clinical (PharmaLinkFHI), Krystyna Kowalczyk has more than 16 years of experience in clinical research, augmented by 12 years in Phase I-IV trial management, including holding senior management positions with two of the five leading CROs. While a project leader of Phase I studies for a transdermal device program within a large pharma organization, she successfully brought three device/drug combinations into human trials.
Krystyna’s therapeutic areas of experience include respiratory, CNS, women's health (menopausal symptoms, osteoporosis and contraception), oncology, osteopetrosis and organ replacement. At Novella Clinical (PharmaLinkFHI) she oversees all clinical projects, ensuring that aggressive project timelines are met and that all deliverables exceed client expectations. Krystyna received a BS in Biology from Davidson College.
